John and Jim went over the trails on New Year's Eve
to re-condition them and they should be good for
skating on Jan 1st. Note: Due to the warm temps,
Bauer Loop gets icy fairly quickly.

Much better than expected skating conditions today 1-1-09 at 10am. Thanks so much to the grooming staff for laying it down while the rest of us partied it up last night! Ascending the rush spur and continuing to the top of the road was very firm and fast. Hamlin is also set up nice.
